Excel spreadsheet developed

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an Excel spreadsheet for me. It will need basic calculations such as sum and average, as well as more advanced calculations like VLOOKUP and pivot tables, and possibly custom functions such as macros or complex formulas. Data entry will be done manually, and while I do not have a specific layout in mind yet, I have some ideas that I would like to discuss.
This is for primary industry big fingered people to use on a phone so for number entry the format needs to be "number" so android num pad opens.
In short is for fishing vessel putting fish across a scale that data needs to be collected for on a species by species format.
I don't know the finer points needed to do it myself - attached files was what i thought is roughly what i need but if theres a better way i'm open to it.
