Excel spreadsheet

I am in need of a reliable freelancer to create an Excel spreadsheet to help me with my procurement needs. I'm not quite sure what formulas or calculations may be needed for the project, so I would like to leave it up to the freelancer's input on the best way to design and implement the spreadsheet. I am open to the freelancer's suggestions when it comes to formatting as well, so no specific formatting is required. Thank you for your help!
