Excel spreadsheet

We are an electrical installation and servicing business and we are currently setting up a spreadsheet to assist us with providing our clients fixed price quotes.
For example, we will have a line item in our spreadsheet which says:
Supply and installation of 1 x light fitting
This job (and most others) are made up of two components - labour and materials.
So for the above example, we will have a labour column and a materials column associated with this particular line item which then generates a fixed price to be provided to the client.

We have already set up the majority of the spreadsheet (see attached images)
What we need help with is a way to easily update the materials pricing component.
We download a price book from our materials supplier each month (in csv. format). This price book contains 10,000 material items.
Our price book contains approximately 500 material items.
We need a way to do easily update 500 material items in our existing price book spreadsheet from our supplier pricelist of 10,000 times each month.
