Excel specialist to combine 2 spreadsheets with vlookup

I am looking for an Excel specialist to help me with a project. The desired output is to create formulas using vlookup to update one spreadsheet. I don't have specific columns in mind for the vlookup, I would like the Excel specialist to use the data to determine which column to use. There are no other Excel tasks related to this project. The task is to simply combine two spreadsheets using vlookup and the data provided. If you have expertise in Excel and this sounds like something you can help with, please let me know.
