Excel sheets system creator

I am looking to build an Excel sheets system which has automated calculations and works with a moderate level of data. I have a specific design or layout in mind for the system, which I can provide a sketch for, but I am aware this sketch is not linked to every sheet. The features I need in the Excel sheets system are data entry forms, automated calculations, and data visualization charts.
