Excel sheet to track tips

I have 25-30 employees that I need to track the tips amount. I need a very efficient way to enter their tips amount by choosing a drop menu and enter their tips amount. I need to be able to make a report based on anytime period I want for each employee to find the amount of tips generated in that time period. I need to be very efficient, easy to use to enter tips, easy to use to add or delete employees
