Excel sheet to organize and have visibility on my events/revenue - statistics

I'm a musician, I do music performances and I would like to have a sheet that shows me
Which events are upcoming (based on event date)
Which events are completed
Which events have time conflicts (same day)
How much money I made in a certain interval of time (I take deposit, then remaining balance paid on the event day)
Graphs for statistics. which month I sign more contracts, which month I have more events.. etc
It would be nice to show it in a calendar format.
How many contracts are signed within each month
I will provide a sheet with data
Client Date Signed Event Date Deposit Remaining Total

I need this to be done asap. Will send the sheet once I give you the project to work on. Thanks
