Excel sheet for price / cost / resin

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop an Excel sheet to help me with my pricing, cost and resin calculations. The sheet should include basic arithmetic calculations as well as more advanced statistical analysis and financial calculations. No template has been provided, so the freelancer should be able to create one based on my needs. The final version should be provided in either Excel or Open Office format.
