Excel sheet - conversion factor to apply

I have an excel sheet and I want to apply the conversion factor to get it in energy and carbon figures

Sheet (1) Guidance and the conversion factor to apply on (HFO) (MGO) (BOG)
Sheet (2) Overview sheet
Sheet (3) same as an overview with conversion factor applied for energy (GJ)
Sheet (4) same as an overview with conversion factor applied for GHG (CO2)
