Excel sheet

I am looking for someone to create an Excel sheet for data analysis. The purpose of this sheet is to analyze numerical data. I am specifically interested in having conditional formatting features. The ideal candidate should have experience with Excel and data analysis. The project will require the following skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques
- Experience with conditional formatting features.
