In Cell B10 ( Electricity Use ), calculate the sum of the 2010 Usage.
Copy this formula and paste it into the Total cells for "Cost" and "Square Footage."
In Cells C3 through C9 ( Electricity Use ), calculate the Percent of Total Usage by dividing the kWh Usage of each facility by the Total 2010 Usage, and format the values to display the percent symbol.
In cell D3 ( Electricity Use ), enter a formula that calculates the cost of the 2010 Electricity Usage, using the 2010 Cost per kWh number located on the "Fuel Costs" worksheet.
Do the same for cells D4 through D9 ( Electricity Use )by copying the formula in cell D3 and modifying it in the subsequent lines to maintain a link to the Cost per kWh cell.
In Column F ( Electricity Use ), enter a formula that calculates the Cost Per Square Foot for each facility by dividing the Cost by the Square Footage.
