i have two excel file file 1 and file 2
File 1 have colums from A to S
File 2 have colums from A to W
file 2 column D is date time and in file 1 column g and H are date + hour
if data in G and H equal to data in D
and
if data in E in file 1 is equal to data in file 2
then
insert data from Q in file 2 to J in file 1

in file1
if (value in j - value H ) <= 15 min column O is option1
if (value in j - value H ) >= 15 min column O is option2
if value in j is empty column O is option 3
