Excel revenue report

I have revenue data as well as collection data in separate spreadsheets. I would like an automated process for summarizing data for provider, monthly data (provider, total production and total revenue). Graph and table form would be nice. I have enclosed a bad way of doing it on one of the spreadsheet although it gives an general idea of what I would like. I would like it to automatically update with the addition of new production and revenue data. Thanks. L
