Excel programming
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Need an inventory management system where in I need a spreadsheet created using Excel that allows for barcodes and is connected to a scanner. The fields shall be product id, particulars, price, qty, barcode. I need to deduct 1 from qty field each time I scan a particular product. So just the inventory out part here to be captured.
Another requirement is for a billing system using excel vba, where in the scanner reads the barcode on the product label and auto enters the product details into the invoice. Then discounts, taxes, and shipping are applied to return the total amount due.
Also need the ability to capture mode of payment-- cash, debit, credit, gift card, scrap trade-in. Also, since people may pay using multiple methods (partly in cash and remaining using credit), I need to capture that too. So basically, the total amount due has to reach 0 and may be paid via any combination of payment methods. Also need the ability to add logo and header on every invoice for printing in duplicate -- a customer copy and a merchant copy. Could this billing system store copies of invoices as pdfs as per date and allow me to see monthly total sales and yearly total??
Please advise with quotes and timelines separately for these two tasks.
