Payments arrive from dozens of companies every day. Number of companies and transactions makes it difficult to gain insight if one company is behind on payments.
Excel file to:
-collect and total all payments from each company over 2021. For example, Cigna had X deposits in one column, total of $Y in next column
- monthly average from each company in next column
- line graph or other visual comparison of month by month payments from each company to more easily visualize at a glance if a company’s payments have declined or stopped
- finally a grand total of reimbursements from all companies with same criteria: Number of deposits, total of deposits, monthly total, monthly average, line graph or other visual representation to easily show if incoming payments are on track
