Excel modeling for real estate development project

Hello Freelancers. We are launching a new real estate investment company and have to build the financial models for development deals, that we left behind at our prior company. Immediately looking for help de-bugging our first draft financial model. Key skill here is knwing Excel calculating. Good to know some real estate, since the bugs in our first model are probably typical of real estate development deals, such as dealing with circular references.
