Excel macro project

I have an XLS data set I would like a Macro built for.
The data shows assets owned by company and subvisions and the date each asset is acquired.
The output would show the average age of each company's assets and subdivisions assets.
I.e. in 2022 company A will have an average asset age of 32 years, etc.
Meanwhile, the XLS will also show companies acquiring assets going in the future, so if outputting for 2021, assets dated for 2022 should be left off the output.
If you know XLS this should be easy. I have example of input final and what the results should look like.
