Excel macro to manage proforma invoices and records .pdf.

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an Excel macro to manage proforma invoices and generate .pdf records.

We are generating proforma invoices on a daily basis for DHL shipments and need the workflow to be more efficient.

Basically we need the operator to select :
1/ Envelope or Package
2/ Destination (among 6 addresses)
3/ Input the number of samples inside the shipment
4/ Input the airwaybill number

Based on the above the invoice should be generated with :
- current date
- unique invoice number (incremental number based on the year e.g 17.11.2023-01)
- correct destination address
- number and type of sample with corresponding value

Template:
- The client will provide the template for the proforma invoices.

.pdf records:
- The macro should automatically generate .pdf records of the invoices based on the invoice number and print it upon validation.

Complexity:
- The Excel macro should have an intermediate level of complexity, including data analysis functions.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Excel VBA programming
- Experience in creating macros for invoice management
- Strong understanding of data analysis functions in Excel
