Excel macro to import file from an external file and format data

I'm looking for an excel expert that can build an Excel macro to:
1 - import data from another external Excel file
2 - format the data in the new Excel file (I will provide the format)
3 - automatically add new rows/columns based on data

Need to be available right away to get started asap.

Need to get completed within the next 3 hours.
