Excel macro for data export
Budget: $20 – $30 USD
Create a macro in order to save on a DB some data by copying them from a list of multiple files on XLS format.
Please open attached file first (Productivity_Tool_v1.xls) before reading requirements:
* Multiple files list must be configurable by adding source files details (i.e. \documents\file1.xls - \documents\file2.xls) on tab SETTINGS
* Some source files are protected by password. It will be saved for access on tab SETTINGS
* Desired fields on DB are: number of worker (CID), day (Day), value (Value) and department (Department) on tab DATA
* All informations must be saved on DATA tab according to related field
* No records must be created on DB if value on source file is null
* Macro must be automatically executed during file opening
* A button to manually run the macro must be added on COCKPIT tab
How to read source files (check How_to_read_source_files.pdf):
* Values are ONLY stored on a specific tab set on SETTINGS
* Each number on column A shows CID
* Month's day is displayed on first row starting from C cell
* Value is displayed by crossing CID and month's day
Complete source files will be sent when project will be accepted.
