Excel macro add sorting

1-I have a file that is based on visiting time. i need when i modify the time in the data i should click update and it will automatically be resorted ( no need for me to cut and copy rows)
2- based on time i need the upcoming visit before 30mina to be highlighted in different color.
3- when i update the status column, i need the full row color or certain cell row to change color
