Excel function needed

I need to get a fuction in excel to separate a cell based on a word after a word
Let's suppose we have a column with following cells
ColumnX
data1, data2; data3|Value3| data4| data6 data7
data2,value2|data3|value3 | dataX, data8, data9
data2,data4| value4..etc....
the data is very inconsistent and multiple commas and | or other characters are used in between the words, so I can not use those as delimeters..Also I do not need all data, only selected data
I want a function to create me a column where I can get the result that comes after a particular word
for the example above we have data3|value3......I want the new column to fetch only value3 based on the word or value coming after data3|
only looking to pay $10 for this
