Excel formulated sheet for weekly expense with dashboard

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an Excel formulated sheet for tracking weekly expenses. The sheet should include a dashboard that displays both expense trends over time and an expense breakdown by category.
Petrol , food , travel and other catagory to choose , and new catagory type to be entered .
all the entries added to it must be formulated automatically monthly wise to see each month expense of food , petrol and other expenses .
all the expenses entered manually on date wise must be formulated to the dashboard on monthly expenses of catagory
and also it has the money CREDIT & DEBIT , Credit is the money received from the office . and expenses is the money spent from the received money . if the money received is still available in balance , that means the staff has the company with him , so it should be displayed in GREEN color , and if the staff has spent money from hand than the received money , then it should be in RED .
Specific requirements for the Excel sheet include the ability to input recurring expenses.
