Excel formula needed

Hi,
I need an Excel formula that will pull data from two columns from SHEET1, and show them in SHEET2 -- without using macros.
SHEET1 has a list of a rows with employees. Each employee is in a category.
SHEET2 has 9 different boxes. each box represents the category.
For Sheet2, the formula should put each employee in the correct box, depending on the category.
I'm using Microsoft Professional Plus 2019.
