Excel formula development or correction

I want to make a Incentive structure in the attached excel.

I am paying incentive to my staff. I have different types of incentive policy

Each Incentive calculation is starting from the month "m"

It will be accumulated and the Incentives will be paid on every month of "n"

The process will start again and will repeat again. This process will depend upon the value that I am putting in the cells of "m" and "n".

You have to correct the formula I have given in the sample or you can make a new formula
