Excel formula - balance sheet reconciliation -- 2

I'm doing a balance sheet reconciliation on a GL account - Estimated Tax Receivables. I have a beginning balance that starts in 2020. I just need like a formula or a pivot table to show me what needs to be billed. Essentially, to see what is pending for me to pay or reverse.

I need to see what's giving me that ending balance of $348,852.92.
