Excel formula

So i need help with excel formula.

First of all, sorry for my english, i'm french.

I have 2 sheets : one Unibet, one Circus.

I need help to do "Result" sheets.

I need the name of players with odds from bigger to lower.

Be careful ! Name of player can be inconsistent, so a comparison have to be made :

Messi, Lionel | Messi, Lionel (Argentine) | Lionel, Messi, etc.
