Excel formatting

I require someone to format an Excel sheet for me. The purpose of the Excel sheet is for budgeting. The sheet will include both numeric and text data. I need basic calculations to be included in the sheet. Ideal skills and experience for the job include proficiency in Excel, experience with formatting, and knowledge of basic calculations.
