Excel file repair

I have an Excel file (.xls) that needs to be repaired. I need someone who can repair the file while preserving the data and restoring any lost information. I have already tried several paid and free tools, but nothing worked for this file. This will involve making changes to the formatting, calculations, and possibly a total cell count. The work must be done accurately and thoroughly to ensure that the Excel file is restored to its original state.
