Excel file help.

I have an Excel Workbook that I would like to the contents of the cells from one sheet with specific background color(s) listed on another sheet. If this can be accomplished with the use of a macro that is my preference.
On the attached workbook I would like the contents of the cells in the sheet called, Maintenance Schedule, Column B, with the background color of yellow or red, displayed on the sheet, Dashboard, under the area labeled Maintenance Items.
