Excel-file: filter row-info and fix some content

Need possible a script (or method to do for more than one file) to fix
* Find-replace a character for some columns
* Filter file so that only the rows with containing string = "x" in one column is showing
* make a new column that is the Min (minumum) value of two columns
* For the remaining rows calc the SUM for new column (and another column)
