Scope of Work:

Review all bank statements provided for 11 accounts.
Some statements are in PDF format; these need to be accurately converted to Excel.
Ensure that statements already in Excel format are correctly formatted for analysis.
o Data Verification:
Verify the accuracy of the data after conversion to ensure no information is lost or misrepresented.
2. Data Organization:
o Income Identification:
Identify and categorize all income sources within each of the 11 accounts.
Provide a clear description of each income source, including origin and frequency.
o Data Structuring:
Organize the data into a structured Excel format, ensuring each transaction is correctly categorized.
Ensure consistency across all accounts for comparative analysis.
3. Monthly and Yearly Analysis:
o Monthly Analysis:
Create a detailed breakdown of income, expenses, and net balance for each month across all 7 years.
Identify trends, significant variations, or anomalies in monthly financial activities.
o Yearly Analysis:
Summarize yearly income, expenses, and overall financial performance for each of the 11 accounts.
Compare year-on-year changes and highlight significant financial shifts or trends.
4. Additional Income Identification:
o Identify any irregular or additional income sources not categorized under regular income streams for each account.
o Provide explanations and categorize these additional income sources separately.
5. Visualization and Reporting:
o Visualizations:
Develop charts and graphs that represent monthly and yearly income, expenses, and net balance trends.
Highlight key findings such as peak income periods or unusual spending spikes.
o Comprehensive Report:
Prepare a detailed report summarizing the findings.
Include insights derived from the data, such as financial health, cash flow stability, and income reliability.
Ensure the report is clear, concise, and actionable.
Final Deliverables:
• An Excel workbook containing all the organized data, analysis, and visualizations for 11 accounts over 7 years.
