Excel to extract from multiple links

Hi there
I have multiple links on the same cell.
Now I need to extract those links to simple url text.
CELL A1 = 3 links
So I need to extract:
CELL B1 = First url text from CELL A1
CELL C1 = Second url text from CELL A1
CELL D1 = Third url text from CELL A1
I have a test sheet, I can send you the link if you can get my goal.
It is very simple if you have expertise.
