Excel expert to build automation and efficiency

We have a template document used in our business by a team of 80+ people. the document is an evolving excel workbook used each month. We have made some in-house enhancements that has shown us the potential to improve the teams productivity if we can have an expert make further modifications to it. We can show the document to an interested party, however I am reluctant to share the document through this job post.
