Excel encoding

I have 180 rows, each raw based on specific time intervals. Starting from 3 Am to 3 pm. I have 1825 columns each columns based on specific dates. On another sheet Each date have its own starting points based on time. I want to organize all the dates to start from the starting points of the date and each date will have different tarting points. So we will delete some of the cells. Example: date 1 stat in 3:52 AM Date 2 start on 5:23 AM And so on for all the 1825 columns
