Excel developer w Real Estate experience

We are looking to improve the functionality of this workbook and change the format to be more of a database with outputs. we would like to be able to select a business unit and toggle between them. There is an input tab, a calculation tab and multiple output tabs. The workbook is very confusing for everyone.
