Excel datalist merge to generate multiple pdffiles with filename from excel

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project that involves makring a program that can be used to merge data from an Excel spreadsheet to generate multiple PDF files. The PDF's should have a individual name, that is taken from the excel list. One line in he excel sheet contains the data for one pdf document.
The format of the datalist is an Excel Spreadsheet.
I need all the data from the spreadsheet to be included in the PDF files (I will chose data from a dropdown list in the pdf and I will chose the location of data). Like when you merge in word
As for the formatting and layout of the PDF files, I am open to suggestions.
