Excel database solving

I am in need of someone who can solve my Excel database issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis and be proficient in Excel. The following tasks need to be completed:

- Data cleaning
- Formula creation
- Data visualization

I have specific formulas in mind, but I am open to suggestions. The data set is medium-sized, with around 1,000-10,000 rows.
