Excel database project

I am looking for assistance with an Excel database project. I will need to store textual data in the database. No automation is needed, and I need to create between 4 and 7 spreadsheets. I need help implementing this project, including designing and developing the databases, so that they are user-friendly and organized. Experience working with Excel and databases is required, as the end-product needs to be accurate and efficient. An understanding of database concepts and software is a plus. Clear communication is also important.
