Excel data transfer

My project requires the transfer of data from a PDF file into Excel, and involves data cleaning and formatting to match a provided template. I understand that the database will need to be accessed and the manual input of some information may be necessary. I am looking for someone with the skills and knowledge to follow the template closely while ensuring the integrity of the data is preserved. Ultimately, I require a high-level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail when transferring data. Additionally, I will need the correct formulas applied to get the desired outputs in the spreadsheets.
