Excel data management

I'm looking for someone experienced in Excel data management to help me organize and analyze my data. I need help with numerical data and both data organization and analysis. I don't have a specific format or template that needs to be followed in Excel, so I need recommendations from the freelancer. The goal is to effectively store, arrange, and analyze data in Excel.
