Excel dashboard

I'm looking for an expert Excel developer who can build a dashboard for my business. The dashboard must track specific data and metrics, including hr data such as headcount by years, new hires, open positions, average days to fill, employees by education, male vs female, I have a specific design in mind for the dashboard; it must have interactivity, including multiple filters and drill-downs.
