To formularize the excel template (use Realistic MCD sheet)
(1st criteria) the remaining kpi (REM KPI) value will auto distribute/tabulate at the ghant chart by weekly between CoD date & End date.
(2nd criteria) to add a column, we can set the max value kpi per week. so the kpi value distribute every week on the ghant chart will not exceed the max value set.
(3rd criteria) any value exceeded max, the kpi value will be tabulate at the back beyond the end date, to show the impact of delay.
