Excel cost / demand-supply models

Looking for an excel expert who can independently make cost models and demand-supply models based on user inputs. The person should be well versed in making excel dashboards (with / without VBA) and should be comfortable talking to US clients to understand scope and requirements. The models will include several assumptions and should be logically linked to give desired graphical outputs. Experience in energy / chemicals / oil and gas sectors will be preferred.

Looking for a person who can give 2-3 hours everyday, as per convenience. The project is 2-3 weeks long.
