Excel - compare lists

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with an Excel project. The purpose of this project is to identify differences between two lists. The format of both lists is a combination of same columns and headers, and different columns and headers. I would like the final output to be either a new Excel file or an updated version of one of the existing files. Essentially, I need the entries in sheet 1 to be highlighted if they are in sheet 2. The issue is that the formatting of the information in sheets 1 and 2 have some variations - but the same "organisation name".
