I am looking for a Freelancer to help me with a project involving Excel calculations. Specifically, I need help creating formulas as well as automating them.
I have a file with 12 months and in each a list all employees with presence to work or holyday or absence due to illness. So now i need to have 2 data
1.the average number of vacation days based on working days
2.the average number of days absent due to illness based on days worked
