Excel; calculate the difference in cells within a day and print them with their name of categories and dates

1) The value columns that I change every day are marked as light blue.(first sheet)
2) Every time I change a value in the first sheet it should appear in second sheet at the end of the day. There should be: What lecture I studied; If I watched a video related to that lecture how many videos,
If I read page how many pages that I read should appear. (And also question)
3)It should calculate how many days does it correspond to in total. So:
At video section every 6 video equals 1 day.
And at the read section every 81 pages equals 1 day.
And at the question section every 1 days equals 1 day (it expressed in days not how many questions)
4) I may enter the values after the finish of the day for example at 2-3am. It should be counted for previous day.
