Excel based menu

I'd like a menu created (cannabis products) that I can send to stores, from which they can order and will kick out a total cost. It needs to be updatable in house. A basic format containing current products has already been created, just don't have the time to flesh the rest of this out. Needs to be extremely user obvious and friendly (stoner friendly?). Color coded is necessary. Pictures, if possible, would be nice as well.
