This is excel based macro solution to consolidate multiple files , extract specific records from the consolidated files and generate reports. Don’t bid , if you are expecting more than the what is listed price
Process
1. When you open excel file, you see 3 buttons ) consolidate , scan or extract and report
2. Consolidate button functionality - click , it opens browse option, user selects one or multiple files and click on. It’s uploads the file and removes duplicates if any. Consolidate file remain hidden worksheet
3. Scan and extract option opens a text field, user enter one of the reference field available in the consolidated file. User keeps on adding record and system keeps on asking if you want to add more records and give submit option. All extracted or scan records will be extracted and removed from the consolidated file
3. On report - system will generate the report and show records in the sequence on which they were scanned. User can generate report using date of scan and other report will show total applications available in consolidate file with ageing.
