I'm seeking a skilled Excel expert to design a live financial tracking spreadsheet for my Airbnb and short-term rental business.

We operate a short-term rental (service accommodation) business with listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.

Currently, we manage:

2 Flats (each listed as full units)
